Don't let his tiny size fool you—Bubo is proof that the biggest spirits sometimes come in the smallest packages.

This little Serama rooster found his way to Banshee Farms after being rescued from an auction. Sick, scruffy, and looking more like a forgotten ghost than a proud rooster, he needed a second chance. With lots of love (and a little Banshee magic), Bubo made a remarkable recovery and has blossomed into one of the farm's most unforgettable residents.

Now a full-fledged Banshee in training, Bubo announces each sunrise with a shrill, ear-piercing crow that echoes through the house like the wail of his legendary namesake. If you hear an unexpected scream at dawn... don't worry—it's just Bubo making sure everyone is awake.

When he's not haunting the household, Bubo can usually be found perched happily on my shoulder, supervising chores and reminding everyone that he's convinced he's people. As our beloved house chicken, he has stolen hearts, claimed furniture as his kingdom, and firmly established himself as one of the most spoiled—and most vocal—members of the Banshee Farms family.
